Our training is split into online prerecorded sections to do in your own time, with activities to get you thinking across a 3 month period. (but not an essay in sight!) plus a Face To Face Weekend to teach you all you need to know.

At the moment there are no plans to hold a second intake of Hypnobirthing Instructor Training in 2024 so get your applications in early to secure one of the limited places and avoid disappointment!

Here is what you get on the online section
Videos all about the birth process delivered by an experienced and badass midwife, who has worked in the NHS for 17 years. This will teach you all about what you need to know to support your clients in learning about this as well as an insight into how the maternity system works.
Videos and information on supporting the birth process, birth rights, and so much more from us here at The Birth Uprising. We have supported so many people through their antenatal education and have come across so many special circumstances etc. and will use that to help you navigate the different things that you may come across amongst your clients to be able to support people to birth in their own way no matter how they want to do this or what factors they may consider.
A section on hypnosis and it’s use in hypnobirthing which will help you to understand how best to get this part across to your clients and really get the most out of hypnobirthing. This training is delivered by an incredible hypnotherapist who is well respected in the birth world, another badass!
A section on transforming yourself and creating a profitable business and getting the right clients for you as well as keeping them interested.This is delivered by ourselves, so you know it’s good.
SO what about the face to face weekend??
Get fucking pumped for our face-to-face weekend of hypnobirthing instructor training, where you'll learn some kickass skills that will rock your teaching game. This intensive experience is all about getting shit done and connecting with your fellow cohort for life. By the end of the weekend, you'll be a hypnobirthing instructor, ready to teach a full-blown course like a boss the very next day if you want to.
We're not here to bore you with theory and textbook crap. Nope! We're all about getting you in the driver's seat and showing you how to facilitate a class like a goddamn pro. Expect hands-on activities that will get the interaction flowing with your clients, making your classes engaging and fun as fuck.

Our expert instructors will teach you how to tackle those trickier subjects and empower your clients to take the actions that are right for their pregnancies. The course takes roughly 3 months to complete, however this is a guide and many will get through the online content faster than others. The face to face weekend rounds off the course and after that you should be up and ready to go, changing the world. We (and the rest of the TBU gang) will hold your hand as you step out into the birth world for the first time or start your new venture.
